Below I’ll share your secret weapon to glowing hair in 7 days. A regimen for maintaining the pillars of a youthful appearance. AKA “That immortal glow.”

A regimen is the difference between that confident look that allows you to make your mark on the world, and the unsure delivery that doesn’t represent your true potential.

This routine REALLY WORKS—I follow it as regularly as I can. I designed it to be simple and effective because—we’re busy! You’re busy! Life happens and it’s hard to stick to a regimen. University studies, your job, caring for family, errands—they all can take up your energy. Or maybe you had a good time with friends and now you’re too tired to go the extra mile on your hair.

When you apply pure nutrition and natural ingredients in your diet and hair care regimen, you create a life-supporting transformation that is reflected in your hair and skin.

What do we mean by transformation?

Transformation includes your

7 DAY HAIR REGIMEN TO GLOWING HAIR 

 

Weekly Kick Off

  1. Deep condition for 30 min —->as long as needed. Rinse.
  2. Follow with a protection seal: silky lightweight nutrient rich hair butter or nutrient rich hair serum.

Day 1:

  1. Leave in botanical spray rich in a variety of nutrients to add hydration and vitamins to my scalp and hair to keep ph healthy and cuticles sealed for strength and shine. Side benefits are clean scalp, soft hair and length retention at ends.
  2. Follow with protection seal as needed.

Day 2

  1. Leave in nourishing spray rich in Aloe Vera and therapeutic essential oils selected for their ph balancing, nourishing vitamins, and healthy cellular support. Side benefits are healthy scalp with no buildup, sealed cuticles for shiny hair, and next level softness
  2. Follow up with protection seal: lightweight nutrient rich leave in shine applied lightly throughout hair. Then focus on the ends.

Day 3

  1. Leave in botanical spray rich in nutrients.
  2. To my scalp, I apply hair serum using a dropper or nozzle. I use a nutrient rich cellular repair hair serum that provides the building blocks for my keratin(hair) production. Supplying your hair roots with mega complex of vitamins and minerals. Brush through hair.
  3. Apply small amount of serum to my ends.
  4. The serum is a protective seal. It will penetrate into the core of the hair shaft repairing from within. The result is shiny soft strong hair.

Day 4

  1. Leave in nourishing spray rich in Aloe Vera and therapeutic essential oils. I love that Aloe Vera has enzymes that keep the scalp healthy removing buildup and old skin cells. It’s also packed with phytonutrients.
  2. Follow up with protection seal: lightweight nutrient rich hair butter (it’s thinner than a pomade, but light and silky like a soufflé) applied lightly throughout hair. Then focus on the ends.

Day 5

  1. Leave in botanical spray rich in a variety of nutrients to add hydration and vitamins to my scalp and hair to keep ph healthy and cuticles sealed for strength and shine. Side benefits are clean scalp, soft hair and length retention at ends.
  2. Follow with protection seal as needed. I apply another round of cellular repair serum. 3-4 times a week.

Day 6

  1. I alternate between which hair mist I use. Either a nourishing Aloe mist or the strengthening botanical mist. Or nothing. Whatever my hair feels like it needs
  2. Light hair butter/soufflé or serum. Or nothing. Depends on what my hair needs that day.

Day 7

  1. Hot oil treatment. Apply to damp hair at scalp and roots. Massage scalp. Apply oil to ends of hair. Distribute evenly from roots to tips. Secure hair up in a pony tail, bun, or braid.
  2. Leave on for 15 minutes or longer. Add heat by leaving on while in shower or use a warm spa towel wrapped on head.
  3. Wash, rinse, lightly condition hair.

 

Hot oil treatments have been used in Ancient Greece, ancient Egypt, ancient India, and ancient Native American societies. The results will amaze you as the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients seep into the core of the hair shaft on a molecular level and start working their magick. Then you shampoo away the surface oils. Only soft shiny hair remains—no oils are on the surface.
