What happens if I'm not happy with my products?
We stand by our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee that covers your order within 30 days of the ship date. If you're not completely in love with your products, let us know and we'll make things right! You have the option to return the item and receive online store credit; we do not offer refunds at this time.
To return your item and receive on-line store credit, please email info@vampboss.com with your order number and feedback about your products. Our team will provide instructions for our easy
process, along with a prepaid return label so you can send your original products back to us.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
1. Free gift and discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
2. Returned items must be returned in original packaging

and we will be happy to assist you.
