All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
  • Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • Local delivery
We do not offer local delivery at this time.
  • In-store pickup
We do not offer in-store pick up at this time.
  • International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vamp Boss LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
  • How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@VampBoss.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
  • Shipping to P.O. boxes
Our shipping partners (USPS and DHL) do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

What happens if I'm not happy with my products?

  • We stand by our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee that covers your order within 30 days of the ship date. If you're not completely in love with your products, let us know and we'll make things right! You have the option to return the item and receive online store credit or a refund onto the payment method used at time of purchase.


To return your item and receive on-line store credit, please email info@vampboss.com with your order number and feedback about your products. Our team will provide instructions for our easy
process, along with a prepaid return label so you can send your original products back to us.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
1. Free gift and discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
2. Returned items must be returned in original packaging
