Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vamp Boss LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@VampBoss.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What happens if I'm not happy with my products?
- We stand by our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee that covers your order within 30 days of the ship date. If you're not completely in love with your products, let us know and we'll make things right! You have the option to return the item and receive online store credit or a refund onto the payment method used at time of purchase.
To return your item and receive on-line store credit, please email info@vampboss.com with your order number and feedback about your products. Our team will provide instructions for our easy
process, along with a prepaid return label so you can send your original products back to us.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
1. Free gift and discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
2. Returned items must be returned in original packaging
